SURGICAL DEPOSITS
Deposits are required for all surgical procedures performed at our hospital. and the remaining balance must be paid in full when you pick your pet up from surgery.
Deposits will be collected as follows;
1. Half of the high end of the estimated amount to be collected when pets come in for the pre-op lab work.
OR
2. When not collected as above, half of the high end of the estimate will be collected before the scheduled surgery date.
PLEASE NOTE - Failure or refusal to provide a surgical deposit will result in the cancellation of your pets’ surgical appointment.
ALL surgical deposits will be charged to your pet's account, and then applied to the balance of the surgery on the day of your pet’s procedure.
If you need to reschedule your pets’ surgery, the deposit will be transferred and applied on the new surgical date.
When a surgical appointment is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, the deposit may be forfeited or transferred to a rescheduled surgery date. The deposit may also be used as a credit on the pet’s account for other services at a later date.
If a surgical appointment is canceled the same day or the client is a “no-call/no-show”, the deposit will be automatically forfeited.*
